Major transitions-such as divorce, parenthood, career changes, health challenges, or loss-often force us to reevaluate who we are and how we want to live. This conversation focuses on the emotional disorientation that can come with change, even 'positive' change, while also exploring how periods of transition can lead to deeper clarity, self-understanding, and intentional growth.
-
Many people have learned to survive by overfunctioning-constantly managing, achieving, caregiving, or staying productive at the expense of themselves. This topic explores burnout not simply as exhaustion, but as a chronic pattern of disconnection from personal needs, limits and emotional well-being. Rosa discusses the importance of boundaries, nervous system support and sustainable ways of living and working.
-
Self-employment can offer freedom and purpose, but it also comes with unique emotional pressures that are often overlooked. This conversation explores the stress, uncertainty, isolation and identity challenges that can come with entrepreneurship and ownership, while highlighting the importance of mental health, self-awareness and sustainable success for business owners and leaders.

Experiences of failure, grief, heartbreak, or major disruption can challenge our sense of identity and direction. Rather than viewing these moments only as endings, this conversation explores how adversity can become a catalyst for resilience, meaning-making and transformation. Rosa speaks to the deeply human process of rebuilding after life changes course.
-
Perfectionism and people-pleasing often develop as ways of seeking safety, approval, or belonging, but over time they can create exhaustion, resentment and disconnection from self.
